Pastor Kevin has been at The Hills for 30+ years. He even met his wife, Melissa, here.  In addition to being "the finance guy", he and Melissa also help lead our children's ministry.

Kevin and Melissa have been married for over 30 years, have 4 grown daughters, a few son-in-laws to go with them, and 4 grandchildren.

Pastor Pilar Garcia has faithfully served the Lord for many years. A member of The Hills Church since 2000, Pilar has a heart for evangelism, discipleship, and encouraging other through God’s Word.
Pilar is committed to shepherding the congregation, supporting families, and equipping believers to live out their faith. His greatest desire is to serve with humility, compassion and faithfulness.

Pilar and his wife have been happily married for 48 years, and are grateful for God’s blessings through their two daughters and three granddaughters.

Pastor Earl is our Community & Outreach Pastor. He and his wife, Patti, came to The Hills after over 20 years on the mission field in South America.

He and Patti have been married for 40+ years, have 4 grown daughters, 3 son-in-laws, and a bunch of grandchildren.

Pastor KJ (Kyle Jr.) has attended The Hills Church for eight years. He graduated from Rainbow Hills Baptist School in 2003 and became an elder at The Hills Church in 2026. KJ and his family deeply love The Hills Church and look forward to serving God and His church for years to come.

 KJ has been married to Precious for 10 years, and they have two children, with hopes of adopting more.

Pastor Justin oversees our Children and Youth ministries. He became an Elder at The Hills in 2026. He has a passion for theology and teaching through books of the Bible. He also enjoys reading and rooting for Houston sports teams.

Pastor Justin married to Jean'ah, and they have four boys and one daughter.
