Share your recipes with us!

We are collecting recipes for our church cookbook!!  Bring one, bring ten, bring all of your favorites!!  There is a recipe box in the foyer and we would love to have yours!!  We are planning to publish a church cookbook soon, and want to get all the good stuff we can into it!!  We know our ladies (and our men) can cook up some good food!  Share..share...share!! Thank you to each of you who have shared recipes thus far, keep them coming!! Recipes can also be brought to the church office or emailed: info@thehillssa.org

Nursing Home Ministry

Legend Oaks West Nursing Care has opened their doors to our Church in many areas of Ministry.  They are located behind the Time Warner building / mobile home sales on Bertetti Drive.  Contact Al Owens or the Church office for more information about this heartwarming ministry 210-674-4904.  Sharing something as simple as time means so much.  This ministry is not just for the ladies, everyone is welcome to get involved.  

A few areas of Ministry Opportunity at Legend Oaks are:
· Book Club (Reading) M-W-F at 10:00am
· Arts / Crafts Monday-Sunday from 10am-2pm
· Birthday Party / Round Robin Games every last Friday at 2pm                                     
 · Games Wednesdays at 2pm
· Visitors throughout the week
· A Saturday Bible Study is welcome
· Sunday afternoon worship services are welcome
. Social Club Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am and 2pm

Team Restoration is an active ministry of The Hills Church. They provide support to families in our church body when they are ill or have suffered a loss. Team Restoration Ministry also ministers at local nursing homes. Many residents would love to come to church but are unable to, so we bring church to them! Everyone is welcome, contact the church office or Almetra Hudspeth for more information.
